Focusing on historical prints and maps of and from Philadelphia, the conference and resultant publication will be titled 'Impressions of Philadelphia, 1683-1960.' Scholars and collectors from many backgrounds will attend the conference to hear fifteen talks related to Philadelphia's rich history of printmaking and mapmaking presented in some of Philadelphia's premier historical and cultural institutions.
