The former delicatessan establishment, FOODTek, now hosts a swanky and hip bar and lounge. Bleu Martini first got its name from bartenders trying to concoct different kinds of martinis. After trials of colors, they all agreed that the BLEU martini was the most attractive. And the vision was clear. From that day forward, the rules of having fun changed. By making up a menu for every one to choose over mouthwatering martinis to kicking back and sipping on drinks tendered by bottle service, thus, began the birth of a new generation of hang out spots and ultimately became Olde City's most sought after late night spot.
